First Things First, Arizona's early childhood agency, partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed. Created by voters, FTF funds programs and services that support quality child care and preschool, early literacy, strengthening families and the healthy development of children birth to age 5.
